Had a great experience here. I’m really not a big fan of dealerships in general. It seems like there’s always something they are trying to force on you. Christian was nice AF. He wasn’t pushy at all. I also like that he was my main point of contact through the entire thing. I’ve been to dealers where you have to talk to 20 different people. Just a really great experience. I’ll definitely recommend them.
I love their service very friendly, nice and clean atmosphere. Nick is very friendly and helpful he let me know every detail about my truck's issues. Jim the shuttle driver love that man he's very cool. Overall I am very happy with their service, keep up the good work.
My experience with Christian Alarcon at Gene Steffy was nothing less than amazing. He got me a great deal on my vehicle, that no one else could even come close to) and the process was painless. All negotiations were made through text and a few calls (helps that I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted) making it super convenient. I didn't have to spend hours at the dealerships gong back and forth. Definitely ranks near the top of my car buying experiences
