We love Desoto Auto mall. My husband has purchased 3 vehicles from Mr. McNaught and they have all been lasting durable purchases.

Update!!!! So apparently I can not read when leaving reviews and left a poor review for this dealership. After taking a look at the response I want to apologize for my mishap. However, I’m going to give amazing props for the response and customer service that the person gave then responding to my apparent oversight! Finance department is very unprofessional! Will run your credit and if they are unable to approve you will never return your call or even bother to let you know. They will just leave you wondering whatever happened to that lost credit application at Desoto Auto Mall…. Hmm maybe Jake can help…. Nah he is never gonna call you back! Almost seems as if it were a game. Sales people will lie, I suppose you would assume so as it’s the typical for the “car sales man” game. Overall, very unsatisfied outcome from this dealership. Way to go Jake, Vicky and Jerry you all made the experience as bad as it could possibly be. Hope you made your owner proud!
