I’m a skeptical person. It can be hard for me to trust someone, especially when I’m buying a vehicle. Ardie is the most trustworthy and kindest individual I have worked with. This was the best car buying experience I’ve had. There’s no pressure. He’s honest and he stands by his word. I highly recommend Ardie and we will continue doing business with him and highly recommend him to everyone. For the details. We had taken our Honda pilot to Valvoline for a standard oil change. They up-sold us on a transmission fluid change. A month later my car no longer works because the transmission is shot. I was able to replace it with another Honda Pilot from Ardie. This was a really cruddy situation for us but I’m extremely thankful to have found someone trustworthy like Ardie.

My husband and I bought a 4Runner from Ardie and it was a fantastic experience. He was very responsive and kind to all our questions and we never felt pressured at all. We highly recommend Universal Auto Sales and Ardie!
