Great experience from start to finish. Our salesman was really pleasant to work with and engaging, making the whole purchase process quite enjoyable. We settled on price quickly in December, and picked up our ordered Navigator today. The closing was equally pleasant without all the usual hard-sell on add-ons that I have experienced in other car purchases at other dealerships. We bought the prepaid maintenance contract and look forward to similar support during our ownership experience.

My experience with Lincoln White Plains was excellent. Jenine and staff were there as always, to address all my issues/concerns that I had. As always very professional and helpful throughout my stay there for the day. Jen and the service crew made sure that I was completely satisfied that all my issues/concerns were addressed to my satisfaction of approval before, leaving the service department. Lincoln White Plains it’s the best! They are so professional, very friendly. They are very knowledgeable and transparent. They tell you what you need and what could hold off. The prices are reasonable. While the car is upstairs getting worked on they keep you abreast on what is going on and how long more you have to wait.
