Was traveling back home to Wisconsin on the interstate when I heard a loud noise and suddenly my vehicle went into reduced engine power mode. I needed to find a place to stop and possibly have someone look at my SUV, pulled into Schimmer Chevrolet and they were able to work me in and fix the (thankfully) minor issue and get me back on my way safely to Wisconsin. I know how difficult it can be to work someone in for vehicle service but Schimmer Chevy did it without hesitation. I will be forever grateful for their kind and caring staff who helped me during my time of need.
I felt Nick was a great help navigating the process of this new truck purchase for us. He held up everything he told us throughout the process too, rare in today's fast-moving environment. The Process with Scott the Finance person was well carried out, explained all options available to us, was not overstated or pushy. I appreciated this part. I could tell the time I had to speak with Nick after my arrival to pick up the truck that he has put together a process that will be there to take care of anything that might come up with the truck in the future.
