Had a great experience purchasing a new Ford Explorer Limited from Lou Fusz Chesterfield! Especially helpful was my primary salesperson Machaela Byrne, who searched the Internet and finally found what I wanted, after finding out that five other Explorers that I was interested in were already sold! So she eventually located the exact car I wanted which was 70 miles away, and she drove there to pick it up and bring it back. I really appreciate the time she spent with me locating the vehicle and later going over the paperwork, explaining the benefits of the optional protection plans that Fusz offered, explaining the various features of the car, etc. Machaela was very professional, courteous, informative, knowledgeable, friendly and -- yes, good-looking! But I swear that had nothing to do with me buying the car from her!! ???? Also very helpful was Bijan Porshahidy who worked with me on the financing, warranties, Title application, etc. Overall, it was a very enjoyable purchasing experience -- and of course the car is totally awesome!

I was in town, visiting family and my Ford F-150 wouldn’t start. I had it towed to Lou Fusz Ford and explained my situation to Brad in the service department. He got me in as soon as possible.
