I recently moved to Chicago and found I had a couple of recalls on my 2021 Jeep. Mopar directed me to Midway Dodge Incorporated II off South Pulaski Rd to have the issues resolved. I am certainly appreciative of it, because Augustin (service agent) and Andrew (service manager) far exceeded my expectations with their, not only prompt, but very personable service as well! That is definitely a rare find these days - especially when it comes to servicing your vehicle at a dealership, unfortunately. I have taken my other Jeeps over the previous years all over Texas and Florida, but I have yet to come across the level of excellence that I experienced here (Midway Dodge 4747 S Pulaski Rd. 60632) today. I cannot speak for the other dealerships in Chicago, but hands down - Midway Dodge Inc II made their case for the #1 best dealership service department in the "multiverse".
