I'll be the first to say that I was a bit skeptical about this place. This long strip of road is known for selling auction vehicles. I was pleasantly surprised by this dealerships. My son needed a car asap. I worked with a gentleman named Brian, and he was very helpful the entire process. I'm a pretty hard nosed negotiator and I can't say I was very nice to Brian. Good guy. I drove the car and decided to purchase it, contingent they fix a shaking and noise coming from the breaks. They made note of all the issues and when I went back to pick up the car they were all resolved. New breaks and a new caliper. They didn't try and shoehorn me into a broken car. The detail they did wasn't very good and I told them that, no questions asked the re-detailed it while I was there. They weren't pushy at all with any last minute add-ons to the price like. Very smooth process and my son has a car.

I recently purchased a used car for my grandson and was 110% pleased with the service and honesty of this dealership. Obviously, test drives are short and we discovered an issue when arriving home. Without hesitation the service department and sales made the repair with ease and great customer service. I recommend Central A/S to anyone looking for a good used car.

Quality, Integrity and Peace of Mind is what you will find at Central A/S LLC. The search for my daughter's first car took us from Long Island, NY to this wonderful place in CT. Sales associate Brian reassured us over the phone by fully explaining the procedure of buying a car from out of state and was fully transparent explaining the "out the door" price which eliminated any chance of confusion or error at the time of purchase! We knew it was worth the trip upon arrival and so impressed by how they operate. They are directly adjacent to one of the largest auto auction houses in the northeast (two per week) so they always have a huge selection of everything imaginable (including our Mini Cooper) on two separate sale lots. In addition to their finance department, there's a "full service" repair facility on site run by Khasha who ensures that no vehicle makes it onto or off their lot without his approval. His attention to detail and concern for safety gave us the piece of mind we were looking for. Brian, Khasha and Nicole, thanks for making what could've been a very stressful transaction and making it into a very smooth and rewarding experience! When the time comes, I will most definitely be back to purchase another vehicle.
