This is my 2nd vehicle purchase from Bill Luke and couldn’t be more satisfied. Alex from Internet Sales reached out after I showed interest on their website and setup and appointment, his manager Eli reached out got a credit app submitted over the phone and to follow up when they were experiencing system issues and their system not getting my messages, then James S that took us for a test drive and got the deal closed and finance was a breeze. It was just an absolute genuine interaction with each and every single person we worked with. We were in and out from start to finish today in about an hour and a half. Highly recommend! Chandler was BEST salesman EVER!! All the staff were friendly and helpful. No stress, no pressure sale. My fiancé and I went in first thing when the dealership opened know what truck we were looking for. We were greeted by James told him the stock number, right away he grabbed the keys and we took it on a test drive. After we came back we sat down to talk purchasing. We let James know the payment we didn’t want to go over and what we were looking at trade in wise on our old truck. Not only was James able to get us the deal we wanted and trade-in but we were also in and out of the dealership in 2 hours! It was such a painless process, we didn’t feel like we were just a dollar sign. Will definitely be going back to see James again when we are ready to trade-in our second vehicle for a new car!
