2024 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Select PHEV

I normally have had a great experience bringing my Kia in for its normal Oil change & Maintenance. I've always made an appointment. Today upper management called an over 1 hour meeting with all mechanics which stopped all service for that time. This was poorly timed! We arrived at 1040am for my 11am appointment. We did not leave until 230. My service advisor did take some money off to try to compensate my time however I missed another appointment. I know it is not the service departments fault, upper management obviously gave these mechanics bad news as it was on their faces and I felt bad for them (I've been there). I clapped when I saw them come back to work trying to hype them back up, don't think it helped much. My 1 less star is about upper management NOT the service department. They went above and beyond to keep me informed of what was going on and when I did complain Ms. Amy listened to me and said she would pass on the message. They were very busy today!
