It was a good experience. Now our experience with our sales representative was excellent. I would strongly suggest to go to Robert Dean to help through the entire process. If I had a way to give him directly the five stars I would. He totally deserves it. He was straight forward, patient and welcoming. I had my two young kids with me. He was patient and took his time to teach my wife all the ins and outs of our new purchase. It was a blessing to know he owned an exact model vehicle.
