2024 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Select PHEV

While I have not purchased a car here, I do give 5 stars for this dealerships transparency, HONESTY, and upfrontness. I have wasted so much time with all these other dealers who promote one price on the internet, but then you go there and they want to add $2000 to the price for a "dealer fee" or $2000 for a "security tracking system" (that you didn't ask for nor need), or they want to charge $1200 for paint protection... these are all gimmicks and a waste of a buyer's time. This dealership is SUPER TRANSPARENT with their pricing up front and don't waste your time. Seriously THANK YOU for that!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from the owner Mike, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. What sets Mike apart from literally every other car buying experience is his unwavering commitment to honesty and transparency throughout the entire car buying process. Prior to arriving at Mike’s dealership, I coordinated with a local shop to have a mechanic available to review the vehicle. Mike did not know ahead of time which mechanic I was going to go to for the inspection. I notified Mike the day prior that I would be getting the vehicle inspected by a third-party and he was very accommodating. Upon arrival it wasn’t long before I had the vehicle out for the inspection. The mechanic did a thorough review and found no issues with the vehicle, even commenting on its excellent condition. My mechanic informed me that it is common for used car sellers to reset the OBDII computer prior to selling a vehicle because it clears the codes and any engine lights that maybe present, so he specifically checked for signs of that. I am happy to report that Mike and his team did no such thing, the vehicle had no missing diagnostic runs and everything else was in great shape. What struck me the most was Mike’s honesty when it came to discussing the price of the vehicle. Oftentimes dealers will work hard to obscure the full price of the vehicle by focusing on monthly payments etc. but not Mike. The price that he quoted when I started negotiations was also the price on the website. There was no attempt at a “bait and switch” or any other price altering nonsense that I typically encounter at a dealer. We negotiated and as we discussed the price, he showed me a full breakdown of the transaction and all its line items. Needless to say, there were no hidden fees or surprises! This was unexpected. I am one of those people that are comfortable with pushing back on all the nonsense dealers try to charge individuals, and I was actually caught a bit off guard when I encountered complete honesty and transparency from Mike. I cannot help but offer my highest recommendation for Mike and the way that he runs his business. To anyone in search of a reliable and trustworthy used vehicle dealership, look no further. Mike’s commitment to honesty and transparency has earned him a customer that will be back for future vehicles. Kudos to him for setting the gold standard for a car buying experience!
