2024 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid PHEV Select

At the start of the year, I had a goal for myself to have the chance to purchase my dream car. Called a few dealerships but they didn’t seem to get the help needed. I was in the Brickell area, noticed there was a dealership nearby and took the chance to stop by and see if maybe by chance there was the car I was looking to get. I walk-in the facility, very nicely organized and was greeted by an individual named Samuel. He asked me a few questions regarding what vehicle I was trying to purchase, mentioned that he will try his best to help locate. I appreciated the positive of a response, which is very hard to find because most sales representatives don’t like to try to help others. He looked into his software and mentioned that the car I was looking for there is one in stock, he asked if I wanted to take a look it. He contacted his team to ask to bring the car down and I immediately fell in love. He told me to check out all the features, make sure I felt comfortable with the car, asked me to test drive it & to make sure it was a good fit for me. I told him I would really like to see what the overall numbers would be and he said “Let’s check it out”. My parents and I went to sit down by the office, he started running the numbers and gave me the overall number. I told him I would like to think it over and he said he completely understands that this is a big purchase and to please not feel pressured. He told me to give him a call if I wish to move forward, & the following day I did. Samuel was very professional and made sure that his client was well taken care of. It is very hard to find a sales person that actually cares for the client. Samuel managed to go above and beyond & now has a loyal client coming back and I will also be referring friends and family to stop by & visit him for any purchases.
