2024 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid PHEV Select S-Appearance

I was shopping around to upgrade my lease on my 2021 Jeep Wrangler and while I looked all over the Bay Area, I found Thompson Family of Dealers that had a great price on the make and model was looking for. When I reached out via email, I was responded to within a couple of hours, a video was sent of the vehicle along with contact information. Very fast and very professional. Shout out to Gary for helping me out throughout the process, he was knowledgable, transparent, didn’t take the typical “car salesman” approach and I really felt like he was looking after me as if he was a friend. We worked out a price, made sure I was taken care of when turning in the lease, test driving the new Wrangler, and finalizing all the paperwork. Also would like to thank Miguel in the Financing department. He made the process easy to understand. Very conversational while we were waiting for paperwork to go through, it felt like it was “take your friend to work” day. The upmost praise to these guys, I traveled all the way from Concord, CA (1hr and 45mins) and I do not regret it one bit! By far in my many years of dealing with dealers and not getting a straight shooter experience, I was a little hesitant about driving all the way up to Placerville to visit Thompsons Jeep. Jacqy responded to me per my email request for information and she was an outstanding professional that treated me like a valued customer. I definitely would recommend Thompsons Jeep for anyone looking for a dealership that takes care of you like they appreciate your business. BTW, Jason in finance was a true professional also. Again, kudos to Jacqy for making this buying experience a very pleasurable experience. As they say, I'm so glad that I didn't get automalled.

I bought my Jeep with them about a month ago and it was an overall great experience. This was my first time buying and had pretty negative experiences prior to this. I first spoke with Logan who was one of the reasons I decided to buy with them. He spoke to me respectfully, talked to me directly (which was big given a lot of other dealerships would direct their attention to the male with me even knowing I was buying the car or be very condescending), worked with me on the price, and was just overall very friendly. I really appreciated how Logan didn't pressure me and was very understanding when I didn't want to buy the car right then. Miguel was very nice and respectful as well. He was helpful when explaining the financial terms and understanding when I needed to discuss certain prices further. He definitely worked with me a lot on some of the prices, which I am very thankful for. Overall great experience and I couldn't be more happy with my decision. Thank you!
