I had a very professional and easy experience for a first-time car buyer. Alex and Dan answered all my questions and didn't make me feel pressured. They were receptive to my budget and working with me being from out of state and how to navigate the process of registering a car in Michigan vs Illinois. They were easy to reach an did not spam me with offers to buy cars or unnecessary upgrades. I have no complaints and would go to them again!
