2023 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L AWD

What an amazing experience with Bidleman Ford and Rachael. She went above and beyond to work with us on buying a new car. We ended up with a 2023 Mustang Mach-E and we couldn't be happier. We've already taken it on a long road trip with no charging issues and my friends and family are blown away with the acceleration. Rachael helped make all this happen by going the extra mile to work with me over the phone (I was buying the car from Rochester) and helped get all the paperwork in line for a quick and easy visit when we picked up the car. Bonus points, Bidleman followed up with me 1.5 months later to let me know that I could get a NY rebate and went the extra mile again to get me this.
