I want to thank Ismael Banquet, sales consultant for assisting me with getting my first car as well as brining it to me all the way to PA. I also want to thank Dorian O, for his excellent customer service, professionalism and knowledge. Both made this process easy for me and I am very grateful for them. There are some things that were disappointing in this process, for example, I was only shown one car which is the car I ended up with. I love the car, however, I would have like to seen different options before making a selection. When I was test driving the car, I was told it was a 2024 model and when I was ready to sign papers it said 2023. I understand it was an honest error, however, it should have been mentioned to me immediately not when I am about to sign the paperwork. Also, I recently noticed that Nissan Queens were promoting “amazing deals” for 2023 rogues, would have liked to known that at the time I was there. Also, when I received the car, it was filthy on the outside, it would have been nice to receive a clean car. I hope this feedback helps so that Nissan Queens will continue to strive for excellence.
