I had an acceptable car buying experience on Friday. We have purchased vehicles from Low Book in the past. I was helped by Jamari, he is fantastic, kind, knowledgeable and he listens. He definitely goes above and beyond. What I disliked about the experience is the time it takes to get responses from the finance team and how it’s like the “Wizard of Oz” behind the scenes secret deal. I was doing a trade-in and that car was sent to be evaluated by the shop. I had picked a car and did an extended test drive and upon my return I was given monthly payment amount that was way outside of my budget. I explained that I would not be able to get that car at that price. At that point Jamari took us to the finance representative to complete paperwork and disclose to them that I would need to see about another vehicle or negotiate the price. When we were introduced to Ray in finance we explained that we couldn’t afford that vehicle and told him we found another one on the website that may work for us. Ray was wonderful in locating the car and taking us out to test drive it. It ultimately hit all the marks and worked out price wise. We were also given a good amount for our trade-in. We did have to request GAP coverage, which is super important for us to have. It would be nice to see car dealerships speed up the process it takes to buy a car. It took six long hours to get things squared away on my deal. Overall it was a satisfactory experience.

My husband and I had been struggling to find the right vehicle for us. If you know how difficult and stressful it is let me just tell you, if you go to Low book sales you won't ever have to deal with that stress again. Blaze is who helped us and let me just tell you he was amazing! He answered every question we had and helped us narrow it down to the perfect vehicle for our family! This has been the best car buying experience we've ever had, by far! We needed a car ASAP due to our other one being totalled. Blaze helped us get financed with not great credit and even a repo on our report. He was amazing and super helpful. All the guys there were ultra friendly and quick with the whole process! I will be forever coming here to buy cars!
