2023 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L AWD

I have had nothing but great experiences here. Recently, my old 2009 Vibe bit the dust (they looked it over and advised me that it probably wasn’t worth fixing for the cost) and they not only let me keep my car on their lot while I figured out what to do, they helped me find a way to dispose of it and never charged me. They are very trustworthy and I highly recommend!

Kelly and his team are one of NSP's best kept secrets. Friendly service and can get you out of a jam in a good time frame too! Doesn't try to sell you on stuff you don't need. Does inform you of any car issues to look out for in the upcoming future too. Definately reasonable prices. Not a huge place so dropping off the vehicle is a better solution.

My mom and I had a flat tire on basically the side of the road. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention during that part of driving lessons. Luckily, Kelly and his wife pulled up and offered to help. He changed my entire tire by himself, while explaining all of the steps so if this does happen again (god I hope not), I will know how to fix it myself! His wife and him were so incredibly kind and did not ask or take anything for their help. So extremely grateful!
