I recently purchased a used car from Handy. It had been over 10 years since I was in the market for a car, and I appreciated the customer service at Handy since the process seemed brand new to me. I had only heard good things about the dealership in the past, plus with the abundance on inventory offered at this location verses Heritage (which is closer to me) I felt that going with Handy was the right move for my needs, despite the extra distance. Jesse was my sale associate, and I never felt any pressure from him. He answered all my questions clearly, and was concise with his communication. I was hesitant about trading my vehicle in, but they ended up giving me a fair value for trade, which helped me to move forward with me purchase more seamlessly. Sam helped with the finance aspect and I was relieved that he also didn't pressure me into any additional fees/warranties etc. with my purchase. He simply went over all the options and was very transparent. We moved through the process pretty quickly. Overall I have to say, if you're in Northern Vermont and looking to buy a car - go with Handy.
I came in on Saturday the 13th in hopes of driving away with my first ever brand new car. I brought 3 other people with me & we were all greeted by multiple people and felt very welcomed right away. I always knew that handy Toyota was a highly reputable place to go if you’re in need of a new ride! My parents have always leased or bought from Handy’s & they came with me Saturday. When we left my dad said that this was hands down , the best experience they’ve ever had there. As a first time buyer , I was extremely grateful of how easy this process was. I didn’t feel like I had to fight to get what I had hoped for , and I truly felt that the staff cared & wanted what was best for me. Great experience yesterday with Jesse purchasing new Tacoma. I’ve bought 9 new cars in my life and the experience at Handy was, by far, superior to other dealers. So easy to deal with, no hard selling, very friendly sales and management. In the past when the manager comes over to finalize the sale I’d be like “oh no”, but Eric was super great in getting everything finalized.
