First experience with the service department today. They were able to get me in promptly and were able to diagnose the problem with my Jeep, order parts and will get it fixed when the parts arrive in a day or two. My service rep was Phil and he was very professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Couldn't be anymore pleased with my first Jeep purchase. From day one sales and service were extremely helpful in making my buying experience exceptional. I told Jeff Fredrick exactly what I wanted and what I needed to spend. Working hard he found the perfect match for me. The day I first seen it I was little iffy but after detail worked their magic it looked brand new and my eyes lit up! The day the papers were signed I can't thank Matt enough for doing the paperwork and getting everything straight in a chip chop fashion, in and out. Also can't thank Don enough who took the time to explain my service contract purchase and what it involved, giving me a better understanding of what I was purchasing. But last but not least thank you Phill in the service department who took the time to enable my three months free subscription for SXM radio, "Because I'm needed", even though it was late in the evening passed closing for service.
