This dealership is fantastic. The staff is always nice, they do quick work when needed, they don't leave you unnecessarily sitting around and they offer rental car assistance without any games. They are very good at communicating and expressing concern. Their waiting room is top notch too, complete with snacks, bottled water, coffee, tea, popcorn and muffins. It's nice to see a dealership invest money back into the property, as it's pretty up to date.

We saw a ad for a vehicle we were interested in. Called to make sure it was still available, it was. Went to look and they had pulled the vehicle up to the front for us. Took a test drive and loved it. Sales staff were so helpful! And financing was a breeeze! We were the last customers on a Saturday and they stayed over to finish us up. 100% will recommend Ken Ganley in Alliance to friends and family!

I Had a Wonderful Experience at Ken Ganley Kia of Alliance! They were curteous and were attentive to the needs of what type of vehicle I was looking for! The staff was knowledgeable and Friendly, and I didn't feel pressured to buy a vehicle! I purposely went to buy a vehicle without my Husband to see how I was treated, and I had went to a few other dealerships prior to Ken Ganley of Kia...and obviously I was not Impressed and did not leave with a new vehicle!! With that being said, I'm am Thankful to all of the staff that helped me on my decision to buy a Vehicle at Ken Ganley Kia of Alliance.....and I would Highly recommend choosing Ken Ganley Kia of Alliance!!
