Pleasant and nice experience. Very good young Caleb did a great job selling a car, and it was his 4 week working. He is very good and will come long way.

Greated promptly upon arrival. Spoke with the service advisor about what I needed done to my Mazda MX-5 and proceeded to a local coffee shop for a coffee. I received a text when my service was complete and was greater the same friendly way when I returned. I have never had a bad experience at Billion Mazda. I love the car and love the service. 5 Star!

I was pretty hard on Ally and she's a nice gal but she took it very well and I'm sorry for that. I deal with some very difficult people in my line of work with time sensitive perishable food and products especially when it gets hot down south and east in very high humidity. I apologized to Ally and Dylan, he's a nice kid. They were just doing their job. I'm going to see the guy on Minnesota Avenue tomorrow morning and show him the rim because there's still a minor imperfection in the repair on the rim, I didn't see it until I got home and raised it up on the hoist and turned the wheel. He's the guy that I should've talked to in the first place. Maybe a week wasn't long enough for him to fix the rim right the first time but I'll ask him? It wasn't that bad to begin with I hope it lasts when it's done the next time. I was a GM mechanic for 10 years at Terry Schulte Chevrolet and I had to do everything, this guy working for you only does rims I guess? I had come backs too and talked to the customer to get things right guess?
