Amazing customer service! Cary and the sales team did for me more then I thought possible. I was looking to trade my truck in for a low cost used car and they listened to my needs and personnel and financial situation and did more for me then I could have imagined. I ended up trading in my 2019 RAM that I was upside down on and drove away with a new 2024 Altima that was below my planned monthly payment. I would recommend Cary and the sales team to anyone looking for a new ride!

Gene was very professional and transparent. He didn't attack me with numbers and obligations and only brought them up when it felt appropriate. He answered all my questions honestly and negotiated fairly. He was also very personable and enjoyable to engage with. Even in the finance room, with oversight, the gentlemen I dealt with were very friendly and low stress. I was overall very pleased with the interaction and will definitely come back for my next vehicle purchase.
