We had a fantastic experience! I found the vehicle online. Maxwell Nelson reached out via email. He sent me a video of the car exterior and interior along with the hours when Ken Vance Honda was was open. Max followed up via text and we scheduled a time to come in. We bought a ‘21 Honda Pilot here in March 2024. Ian was the sales representative, and did an awesome job. The pilot was fairly priced (which was great because I did not have any desire to haggle), and Ian did a great job explaining features, pricing, and add-on packages available.
