Very personable and quick to address any concerns. Was absolutely lovely to my 2 year old son who happily explored around while we did the work we had to do. Having snacks available was also great as it kept my son pacified, and was beneficial to me while we waited to get work done. If you ever have a problem, do reach out to the General Manager, Iric. He and his team handled all of my concerns with grace, integrity, and compassion. I intend to stay with Nissan Canandaigua as long as I stay within the area as I grew up with Nissan, but also because I know I am in good company.

The Service Technician that worked on my car is very professional and helpful with questions. The service advisor is always great!
