Had a bit of an issue the first time around with a salesman over on the Toyota side here at Hosmer but ended up getting excellent customer service from Shawn, Jeremiah and Tony. These guys did what they could to get me on the road and I will definitely be a repeat customer with them as the years go on. Thank you again for the amazing service and hospitality. It shows that there are good people left in this world and that makes all the difference when buying a car.

I have had Honda cars in my life for the last 35 years because they are dependable, economical and low maintenance. I have never had a brand new car and I decided that I was going to pull the trigger and get one. I started researching the 2024 Honda HRV and liked what I was reading about them so I went to Hosmer and went straight to Eddie Lundmark's desk. I've dealth with Eddie before when I thought I needed a new Accord but chickened out. I told Eddie what I wanted, he listened and let me test drive one. Although I was impressed with it, I just didn't LOVE it. So I told Eddie I'd think about it and I'd get back to him (I'm sure he was thinking "Yeah, right"). In the mean time I started looking at the CRVs and toyed with the idea of getting one of those. It took me awhile to decided and Eddie had checked in with me a couple of times via text--which is was way better than being called. I sent him a text that said I was interested in a CRV instead of an HRV, told him I'd be there in 30 minutes and drove out of there a short time later in a 2025 Honda CRV Sport I absolutely fell in LOVE with the second I saw her--urban grey pearl, black rims and a sunroof! Eddie is low key and no high pressure. He listens, tells you what you need to know and he even connected my phone to my new car for me. I highly recommend him to anyone that is in the market for a new car!
