2022 Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle

We had an overall good experience. Beautiful dealership and great place to test drive - lots of open space (which is nice in an unfamiliar vehicle). There was a slight miscommunication, but they went out of their way to rectify it. Love the car. Andrew was super nice to work with and the gentleman who handled the paperwork (and issue we had) was fantastic. They never pressured us and made our happiness their priority, even if it meant losing a sale. Just be clear on what warranty covers BEFORE signing paperwork. Lol. That was probably on us. We should have clarified more. Thank you guys for putting up with me today!

I got recommended to Toyota stone mtn by Rodney Lee from Napa auto parts. He said they’d take care of me and they sure did. Brandon was my salesman and he was super awesome it was like being at a dealership with a friend. I never felt uncomfortable or pushed or pressured into buying a car it was like he just along for the ride. My finance guy was mark and he was also very kind he listened to my sister and her parents concerns and answered all of the questions with kindness and respect. Both Brandon and mark were very great and helped make my car shopping experience way better than I thought it’d go!!! I was also able to get the car that had everything I wanted and I am very very happy with my experience there !!

My sales person Ty provided excellent customer service as well as the financial person Carl. I didn’t think i would be able to get a vehicle much less a brand new one. However, they really came through for me! So happy with my service ??
