Bought an AMG GLC43 here several years ago, and have had it serviced here ever since. The sales experience was incredible - no run-around, very fair price, direct and professional. The service department is stellar - efficient, courteous, great facilities, and have immediately addressed the couple of very minor issues that arose, and have handled routine maintenance quickly and easily. Would highly recommend for both sales and service. And BTW - love the vehicle!
It was an absolute pleasure to bring my (much treasured) Mercedes Benz, C Class 300 sedan, into the service center at Mercedes of Greensboro. I was met with welcoming elegance and helpful intellect...at every turn; beginning with the knowledgeable young woman at the desk, to the friendly and helpful service "parts guy" in the window... which opens into the parts, storage area. Continuing on with the pleasant fellow who advised me, while we did a walk-around, and the the guy in the office who followed through with the paperwork details. I should have gotten business cards from each individual, but no matter. I am THRILLED to be a BENZ owner, and so pleased with this classy reception. throughout. And to re-work a line from Janis Joplin's songbook, "Thank Thor for giving me a MERCEDES BENZ; my friends all drive Porsches; I more than made amends!"
On a road trip in a new MB EQE AMG to run it through the paces and understand charging issues on longer trips. After charging a warning light came on for a suspension issue and to not drive over 50. Luckily we were in Greensboro and they have the MB dealership so went straight there. The service department was outstanding and immediately understood my sense of urgency and took the car in instantly before the ticket was written. The service advisor, Mark Graves, was fantastic at staying on top of it and providing routine updates. The service tech was thorough and took the bottom panels off and found that a cable had not been properly attached. So, unexpected walk in issue resolved in under two hours with constant communication. A great service experience!
