2021 Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle

There were a couple of things that kept me from giving 5 stars, one being the entrance to your shop is too small for an F-450 Dually. Maybe in the future give instructions to us big-butt drivers about where best to drop off our rigs. Payton was 1st Class. Service is Very pricey though. I’ll probably be doing my own wrenching from now on but everyone at the dealership was great.

I found the Cronin dealership online. They had many models I was interested in driving with price points, that overall met my budget. My husband is in cancer recovery and wasn't up to car shopping. I decided to go by myself just to see what I liked, not necessarily to buy right away. I met Roman, who was very knowledgeable about cars in general and his stock in particular. I drove multiple cars with him. Roman was easy to work with, professional and a no pressure salesman. He questioned what I wanted in a used car then suggested cars that met those needs while staying within my budget. It was a warm day, and he kept me supplied with cold water. Car shopping is thirsty work. I went in with a wish list.When Roman put me in an SUV that had exactly what I wanted, I was thrilled. The ride was comfy, the extras were perfect. However, it was about $5000 over budget. After talking to the manager, we settled on a price. Then worked on financing. The entire work force was friendly and eager to make my deal go thru. While doing paperwork around 6:00, I was asked about when I could pick it up. I said it would be late Friday because I had to be with my husband at the hospital all day Friday. Next thing I know, the manager has ok'd Roman to drive my new car and follow me home to Lebanon so I didn't have to make a trip back there. In addition, Roman's wife would pick him up at my house, coming all the way from West Chester. This was exceptional service. A huge Thank You to Roman and his lovely wife Olga.

10 stars wasn’t available.. this dealership went above and beyond to find the exact mustang that I wanted! Also excellent sales and financial experience! Paperwork done, picked up vehicle next day that they drove to pickup hours away. I can’t say enough about this being the best experience in my lifetime regarding trade in and purchase of my new vehicle. Thanks to sales, finance, and the person that drove to another state to pickup my new Mustang!
