2019 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT

Was traveling 6 hours from home (live in CT) when the coolant level light illuminated in my MK8. I didn’t want to take the chance of intermixing the wrong coolant from a local auto parts store. I called on a Saturday morning at 11am to see if I can get topped off. Eric in service picked up the phone quickly, invited me over, and greeted me at the door, where he already had the coolant ready before I even had my foot out of the car door. In and out with a smile!! Seems simple enough but often times dealers, such as my local CT dealer, a request like this has to be filtered by the call center who INSISTS you need to schedule an appointment days or weeks later… the matter of fact service, intake, and experience here at McGuire was great. My Golf R was towed to Maguire for service after it died 300 miles from my home in Maryland. Spencer could not have been more well-equipped to handle me and my blown manifold. Working seamlessly with me over the phone and electronically across the 300 mile gap. Highlight of the interaction was: "Sir, I've got the repair costs here...are you sitting down?" "I happen to be on the 46th floor of the World Trade Center at the moment, go easy on me" They did go easy on me. The costs presented were all reasonable. Thanks again.

I bought my Taos 3 months ago and I am still obsessed with her! The amazing Ryan Parker listened to the types of things I wanted in a vehicle and suggested the Taos SE. NAILED IT!!
