I recently financed a 2017 Chevy Malibu through the buy here pay here. Firstly, I did not want to finance through a bank as I am trying to keep my credit open, so this was one of the main things that attracted me to the dealership. My boyfriend actually was the one who found them and inquired about the Malibu. He spoke with one of the salesmen about the costs and down payment. Secondly, he was able to negotiate a down payment that fit his budget. Thirdly, I had not seen the car right way but when I did, I loved how clean it was, it drove like new and it had many features I did not have in my previous car. Lastly, when it was time to make the down payment and sign, the salesman made me feel really comfortable and answered any questions we had and nothing felt forced or like they were just trying to take our money. I would recommend them to family and friends.
I purchased a car for my 17 year old daughter from here and the employees were very friendly and helpful. Even the owner assisted us both days I was there. As soon as I applied online, Jen contacted me within half an hour and gathered my information and I was approved within the hour. They are very efficient and answer all your questions.
