I had the best possible experience at Hayden Cars! They create a kind, relaxed, and comfortable environment for their customers. I felt no pressure, they provided all the information I asked for, everything was transparent, communication was straight forward, and I felt extremely respected (which is a rarity for me, as a woman, at a car dealership). What a wonderful experience from Mikki at the front desk to Brandon the owner. I had a previous interaction with them and that is what brought me back!!! I had tried private sellers but did not feel comfortable that the car was as advertised and the big dealerships were simply too pricey. I came to Brandon with very specific needs. A reliable car that could travel out of state monthly and still make it up my Mom’s hill in winter. Oh… and… reliable and under 10k. Brandon got the job done! I bought an older car with 50k miles and added a good warranty. I just traveled out of state over 1,000 miles two days after I purchased the car, and it ran great! Thank you Hayden Cars!
