Once you walk in the door you are not attacked by a salesperson. Salesperson Jeff Sapilewski was tremendous. We even were personally taken care of bother sales manager Scott Deyong. This is not a cliche, but you are always treated like a member of the team and family. They make your joyful experience of purchasing a new vehicle very easy. Just bought my beautiful VW Convertible Beetle....what a wonderful experience! Love these guys! From my salesman, Ben Randall, to the finance guy, Ted, to the curly top Colton.....they were all top notch! I would definitely recommend Betten Baker! I would not hesitate to purchase from them again!
Betten and Baker are fantastic. Our six month road trip in our Winnebago Travato Dodge Ram was cut short due to the AC condenser not working. (Caught a rock in Alaska.) We tried multiple dealerships between Alberta, CA and Great Falls, MT and either they couldn’t get the part or said they weren’t equipped to service it. Betten and Baker ordered the part and worked with us to schedule the service earlier than originally planned. The parts staff and service desk personnel were outstanding. They were patient and accommodating of our many calls. I highly recommend them.
