In addition to providing us with an excellent vehicle, Laurie went above and beyond by offering information about navigating Tampa and finding wheelchair-accessible places. Triple S was an amazing experience. I had never rented or used a mobility van prior to this. Laurie and her team were so kind and attentive on the phone prior and during booking. Then when they picked me up from the Tampa airport, they taught me how to use everything and made sure I was comfortable with it before they sent me on my trip to pick up my parents. The van was immaculate. Clean, everything worked perfectly and was easy to use. I was able to fit my stepdad's electic mobility chair in the back and easily get it hooked in and secured and then also could fit my mom's folding wheelchair in the back. Dropping it back off was easy, and Laurie even let me know that where my hotel was was so close that it would be cheaper for me to drop it off and uber back rather than pay for pickup to save me money, which I appreciated. Not all businesses would tell you that! The whole experience was super affordable, no more expensive than renting a car from a major rental company! I highly recommend them for mobility rentals if you ever need one!
