It’s often said that business and friendships are a difficult mix. I beg to differ. Our family collectively has bought 4 cars through Auto Divide. Ken had been able to find what we wanted each time and negotiate fairly. Regarding service, they’ve always done their best, worked a problem to find an answer and sometimes farm it out to another shop to resolve the issue. The customer interactions with Holly and Ken are familial, not clinical. Before we became business associates we were acquaintances. Now we are family. Highly recommend. A++++
