I have rented from them for several years now. I am impressed how well it is managed. He keeps the costs down by having an efficient operation. That is passed onto the customers. My wife got the keys wet a few years ago and he had a locksmith come fix them at our place. Very honest and even let us change vehicles when we had more family show up. I will always rent from him. Very close to airport for easy $7. Uber ride.
I landed in Maui at 110pm I had a reservation with 1 of the big name car rentals. They wanted me to wait 4 hours for a car. I canceled that and called these guys. They picked me up in 10 min and had me in a car within 15 minutes. Couldn't have been easier. Not brand new car but its runs great and I dont look like a tourist. I will use them again and again going forward.
