One of our work trucks was dropped off in morning for a front end alignment and was finished within the day just a the service manager indicated it would be. Our truck was totaled, leaving my husband with no wheels for work. Along with no truck to pull our camper. Since this wasn't an obviously planned purchase. We had very limited availability to come in to get this done and Darlene made it work. Stayed after, on a Saturday to meet and let us take a test drive. Had the truck waiting and ready for us to do that. She also made the Friday of that week work for the pick up of the truck and was kind enough to move up the appointment when we realized we were ahead of schedule in our travels. The Finance Manager had all the paperwork ready to be signed, separated it according to where it should be keep. Such as the glove box stuff in an envelope for the glove box. Seems little, but really helped. Darlene spent time going over all the technology and showed us where to find answers, should we forget. The Service Department had my car for 2 months - parts were hard to get but I was able to pick up my car on Tuesday!!!! Staff was very professional and kept me apprised. It was very much appreciated!
