I had to return/ exchange a vehicle because there was a screw in the tire. The staff quickly exchanged vehicles and got me on my way. When I realized that I had left my parking pass in the car, Oz went to great lengths to determine who had detailed the car, and even watched the video to see where it had been placed when removed. It had been thrown away, and I was going to be charged $200 if it wasn't returned to the vacation rental office. He retrieved it. What great service!
