2017 Dodge Grand Caravan

My car battery died. I contacted my roadside assistance company and they connected me with a company that had me wait 3 hours. I had someplace to be so I ended up cancelling the call because I couldn't wait any longer. Later in the day when I was able to wait again I called my roadside company again, and this time the connected me with MHV Transport. The employee from MHV was in my driveway within 30 minutes. He was curteous and professional, and got my car running again very quickly. I was very satisfied!

My son needed to go to urgent care. When we went to leave, I had a massive flat tire! This was a smooth, quick, and incredibly helpful company. My tire was changed so quickly and I was able to get my little guy his antibiotics right away. I am so, so thankful for their speedy help!!!

You couldn’t have asked for better customer service. No one wants to have their car towed but if you have to then please make sure you save MHV transport to your phone. Six, the service provider was extremely professional and super thorough. He called me to let me know that he was on his way and he called to let me know he had arrived. He also provided me with video of my car and sent a text message letting me know my car had arrived safely at the dealership. Put your utmost faith in MHV transport.
