2011 GMC Terrain FWD SLE-1

I recently had an incredible experience at a car dealership, and I'd love to share it with you. The staff there was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car. Their expertise and patience in answering all my questions made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly felt like they had my best interests at heart. I can't recommend this dealership enough - their staff is simply top-notch!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Times have been rough recently, I unfortunately had to be very late on a payment. I really didn't know what I was going to do. I call and spoke with the general manager, I had to make a small payment but had to have the rest in 3 days. There was no way! I called 3 days later, spoke with Christine and explained my situation again. I even asked if they could just disable it until I got paid next week. Man was I blown away! Christine immediately said no problem, we are going to work with you. She told me they would keep my car on and just make a full payment next week. She even talked to me about my situation and expressed empathy about what me and my family are going through. I was so scared to make that phone call and was so relieved by the end. God bless Christine! I'm so grateful, she has really given a helping hand when I desperately needed it! Thank you Christine! God bless you!

The ladies at Titan are always ready to help. They will work with people when most places won't. Payments are respectable and the cars are in pretty good shape. Definitely a place to go when looking for a car.
