Towards the delivery date I was in contact with the staff and made all the arrangements for a smooth acquisition. The signing and down payment processes were straightforward and the staff were transparent and not pushy. I’m very pleased with the experience. I would recommend Corwin to a friend.

Amazing service, very highly recommend! My husband and I had been searching for a long time for a Honda Accord Hybrid and the perfect car popped up at Corwin Ford Tri-Cities. Will, with the sales team, helped us with our questions, as we live 1.5 hours away; we made an appointment and he was so helpful throughout the test drive and negotiation. We ended up going home to think about it, but decided to call the next day and put down a deposit to pick up in a week. He made the whole process smooth and easy! When we picked up the car, there was an issue with the audio that was not presenting when we test drove, but the team at Corwin promised to cover all costs of addressing the audio issue, and they DID! Even tho the Honda dealer we took it to to have the repair done was awful to work with, the service team at Corwin took the reins, dealt with the Honda dealer, and covered the cost of the repair. Throughout the whole experience, we felt so reassured, taken care of, and so glad we purchased from this dealership. Will definitely buy another vehicle from them! Excellent, when other dealers straight up lied and played number games, Corwin was honest and up front and offered one of the better trade in numbers for my car. If you’re tired of games these guys are great. Wish more Ford dealers were like this, it’s very hard anymore to find a dealership that’s not trying to take advantage of you from all angles anymore.
