Reviews are helpful but as a small business owner I recommend creating your own experience. My car buying process with Chuck was smooth, simple and FAIR. The other employees on the lot were friendly and I enjoyed seeing everyone busy at work. Paperwork with Heather and Mike was efficient and EVERYTHING was explained clearly. I continue to come on-site to make my payments because I appreciate the relationship I've established with them. I look forward to getting another car from here in the future.
