Elizabeth is such a joy to work with and didn’t push to upsell me! My husband is a mechanic so I only use Hatchett for oil changes for the warranty but I have experienced other people in service department try to push me for products and Elizabeth respected my space which meant a lot. I have many years in customer service while also cross selling and I know a good employee when I see it! Thank you to her for the kindness and ease????????
