I stopped into look at a vehicle 20 minutes before the lot closed, was met by Zef, who not only showed us the vehicle, but allowed us to take it for a test drive even though they were closing. Josh came out on our return; showed us some options on the vehicle, looked at my vehicle, did some paper work; spent several hours helping us even though they were closed. We received superior customer service! I am beyond thrilled with the treatment, honesty , and the willingness to take time out of his life; to not only deliver the vehicle to me two hours away, but to then spend over an hour trying to teach two old people all of the tricks to the new ride! I will be returning when I’m in need of a new vehicle! I highly recommend a visit to West Coast Auto, if you are in need of a new vehicle.
