2013 Ford Edge SE

March 12, 2019 I recently purchased an Audi Q5 from IDrive Autohaus. I went through my bank’s car buying program, which lead me to Sami (the owner) at IDrive Autohaus. Like most of the other reviews Sami is a great guy, straight talker, no-BS, very easy going and VERY PATIENT! Buying a car can so anxiety provoking and unpleasant but Sami makes you feel very comfortable with a no pressure approach and really works with you to find the perfect car for you and at a reasonable price. I have to say that Sami kept his word at every turn during my car buying process. He simply walks you through the process, trying to make sure you've considered all aspects of buying the new car and selling the old car. He offered me a price for my trade-in sight un seen, that was within what I was going to ask for it. I could not be more pleased with the entire process. He went the extra mile and had the car looked over by Sunset Audi, had new tires put on it as well as a few extras including paying for my next service. I totally trust Sami and would recommend him to my family and friends when looking to purchase a car. Thanks again Sami!

I have never taken the time to write a review, but our experience here was too great not to. If you are in need of a luxury automobile, I strongly recommend coming here instead of going to some large car lot. This place is privately owned and operated, and you can really feel the difference in service because of it. Sami, the owner, gave me and my husband the most outstanding customer care we've ever had. period. When we arrived, he greeted us warmly, asked us if we had any questions, and then gave us some space to let us look around on our own terms for a little while before checking in on us again. I can't stress enough how gracious we were for this. Too often car salesman hover over you, full of pressure and desperation to make a sale from the moment you get out of your car. Sami leveled with us, was genuinely interested in getting us what we needed and wanted at a fair price. He was extremely accommodating, sincere, and really went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. He didn't try to up-sell us into something we didn't want, he just took the time to find out what our needs were and helped us in getting exactly what we wanted. We ended up buying an 2010 Audi A6 that day, for a great deal, and we also felt we had almost made a friend by the time we left. I can assure you if you are looking for a more intimate and sincere car buying experience, and want a higher end car, this the place to get it. We will not be buying a car anywhere else but here in the future.

I have nothing but great things to say about Sami and the team at iDrive. We just bought our 2nd car from him right around Thanksgiving. The car had some issues that Sami promised to take care of prior to purchase and he went above and beyond. He has been true to his word and very helpful in dealing with a couple issues that have come up since we took the car home as well, which very few dealers are willing to do once they have your money. I can honestly say that Sami has been the most honest and transparent person I have come across in doing this and I truly enjoy buying with iDrive.
