I had an amazing experience at IE auto sales. When I initially inquired about the car I was interested in, Kevin was super responsive to my texts and inquiries and provided all the information I needed. When I arrived, Richard took me on a test drive and while I was driving, he encouraged me to put the car through its paces. He wanted to make sure that I felt comfortable with how the car handled and could ask any questions about it that I may have had. When we returned, Kevin took over the process of coming to an agreement on the terms of the deal. He was straightforward, efficient and kind in his dealings and did not play games or waste my time in any way. I was at a previous dealership earlier that day, and spent so much time waiting around for them to finalize their best offer. I’m so glad I left there and decided to check out IE auto sales.
