I must say this was the most simplest car buying I’ve ever done!!! Tess was a great help and if it wasn’t for her I don’t think it would be as easy and smooth as it was. It was like she understood, she was very down to earth and made you feel comfortable! I would definitely recommend this specific Honda! All I did was sign papers and got the car, it was really that simple! She took care of everything! Would definitely recommend car buying through her for sure! Everyone had a very great attitude and everyone looked happy to be there. Not one bad vibe in the atmosphere! Definitely come here, you will leave with a car, I PROMISE!!! Tldr; Landry Garris is the guy to ask for. He helped find my dream car, the 23 type R, and was kind and professional for the whole journey. I saw him interact with other customers as well with the exact same service and kindness for Amy vehicle they were looking for. The whole team at Greensboro Honda were very kind and accommodating. Long version: I've been looking for a type R since around 2017. When the 23 model came out, like a lot of people in the car community I doubled down on my search. Landry called me put of the blue and found the car I was looking for, and after discussions with the sales management team we were able to make it happen. The whole experience was exciting and stressful, as buying any new car is I presume, but this was our first "new" car so we had no idea what to expect. Landry did an amazing job answering every one of my hundreds of questions, and the sale management team helped us through the whole process from the top end as well. I'll admit, I was a bit particular with the delivery and process (with many apologies along the way). They were very understanding and accommodating and made it a very smooth process. Again, all due to Landry. I've gotten to know the team there and found them to be genuine and caring. They weren't pushy or stressful, they just wanted to answer questions and let me decide what to do.
