We traveled 6 hours from our home to Concord, NC to look at a Digital Teal Hyundai Ioniq 5 Limited that they had on the lot. We went in expecting the usual strong-arm, pushy, aggressive sales tactics that we experienced at all the other dealerships. Quite the opposite I am happy to say. Everyone was a joy to interact with. Low pressure, confident and easy going in their sales. Mr. David Kim is an all-star. Highly knowledgeable and what he wasn't sure of he was happy to look up clarification on. Everyone we interacted with, Dimitri and George were both friendly, happy to talk and answer any questions we had. Would happily make the drive again in the future. Love the Ioniq 5! It's a dream!
