We came a long way (120 miles to be exact) to work with sale associate Mark Feldman because he was so highly recommended. Mark has many years experience working with Lexus and that makes a huge difference. Many people in this industry bounce around and never get to learn their product. He knows the vehicles thoroughly and can answer specific questions about different models and different features effortlessly. He knows the process and he is completely no nonsense. This is hands down the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Mark even went out of his way to clean our license plates that we were transferring. Very pleased with this process from start to finish!
